Delivery FAQ
Find answers to common questions about our delivery.
Delivery lead times are as follows for South Africa, Gauteng: 3-7 working days and 5-12 working days during peak time which is during sales promotions. For all other provinces: 5 – 15 working days.
For outline (remote) areas – it may take approximately 20 to 30 business days – via courier DCB, depending on your location.
You can choose collection on checkout. Our collection point is only at ChelinoBaby Ormonde, Johannesburg Head Office. Collection times are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Please note, we are closed from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Fridays.
You will be notified when your order is ready to collect, typically between 1 -3 working days.
If the delivery method is changed from delivery to collection, the delivery fee will not be refunded and will be forfeited.
