LayBy Ts and Cs
- All online laybuys will be held at ChelinoBaby Ormonde, situated at 12 Kimberlite Road, Booysens Reserve, Johannesburg, 2091.
- The first payment is required on the order and the balance payable over the next two months.
- A cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price of the items on lay-by will be deducted in the event of a cancellation of the laybuy agreement.
- Any cancelled laybuy will be refunded with a store voucher to the value of the amount paid to date, less the 10% cancellation fee.
- When an item is put on laybuy, it will be at a price at the listed price at the time the laybuy was opened. If the item on laybuy has a price increase or decrease, the price will not be adjusted.
- If the first payment of 30% is not received within 48 hours your laybuy order will expire.
- Goods will only be delivered once the full payment has been made.
- You may fulfill the full payment at anytime within the 2 months.
NB: Laybuy Stock will only be dispatched when products are paid in full.
