Delivery lead times are as follows for south Africa, Gauteng: 3-7 working days and 5-12 working days during peak time which is during sales promotions. For all other provinces: 5 - 15 working days.
For outline (remote) areas - it may take 10 to 30 business days - via courier DCB, depending on your location.

You can choose collection on checkout. Our collection point is only at ChelinoBaby Ormonde, Johannesburg Head Office. Collection times are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Please note, we are closed from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM (Monday-Thursday) and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Fridays.

No cash refunds are issued for delivery changes. If you switch from delivery to collection, you’ll receive a voucher equal to the delivery fee.

Yes we do. You can choose from our our flexible payment options:
1. Choose Payflex, you will have to register with payflex for pay in 3 or 4 installments, interest free.
You can recieve your product within 3 - 5 delivery days.
2. Choose our LayBuy option, that will allow you to pay in 3 months with 30% deposit and balance to be paid in within 3 months with 3 installments, interest free.
You will receive your product only once the full payment was made and POP's are received. 3- 5 delivery days once full payment is received.

ChelinoBaby’s returns policy applies to purchases made in-store and online. Customers may return goods within 7 days if unsatisfied, provided items are disassembled, repacked in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns incur a 15% handling fee. All returns of unwanted or cancelled orders will be refunded in the form of ChelinoBaby gift vouchers only; no cash refunds will be issued.
Used goods cannot be returned. Customers must contact ChelinoBaby beforehand for return costs, package items securely, include all accessories and required paperwork, and note that factory faults or out-of-box damages will be assessed at ChelinoBaby’s discretion, with no additional fees charged in such cases.

3. Attach a picture of the full product and of the broken / missing part and any other images or video that may assist for understanding the problem.
